Cutaneous T-cell lymphoma comprises a heterogeneous group of lymphoproliferative
disorders characterized by clonal expansions of mature, post-thymic T cells that infiltrate the
skin. This article discusses the staging, prognosis, and treatment of mycosis fungoides and
Sézary syndrome.
